Grant Carroll

Grant has boxed competitively and been involved in boxing and fitness for eighteen years. His vision of combining the high intensity and effective training of boxing with modern techniques in cardiovascular and weight training led to the creation of Punch Fit. Grant's boxing fitness classes are for all ages and abilities, training sessions are fun, high energy and incorporate boxing and skipping workouts great for burning calories and toning muscle. His one to one training and semi-private  sessions as a personal trainer and boxing coach are varied and effective using a number of training techniques tailored to your needs to improve strength, explosive speed, stamina and fitness along with sport specific development, body composition analysis and nutritional advice.

Grant is a fully qualified advanced level 3 REPS accredited personal trainer, qualified boxing trainer and is also a boxing tutor for the Amateur Boxing Association of England (ABAE) as well as a REPS point accredited Fight Fit trainer and qualifed level 1 and 2 Kinesio Tape Technician.

Andrew Wallace

Andrew has twenty five years boxing experience and been a trainer for 14 years, he has represented England 17 times including the Olympic qualifier in 2000 and has a professional record of 10 fights, 9 wins, 1 draw and no losses. Andrew knows what it takes to perform at the highest level, is a dedicated trainer and delivers energetic and effective squad sessions as well as great one to one training developing technique, defence, fitness, stamina and strength.
Andrew is a personal trainer, a fully qualified ABAE coach and holds a professional boxing licence.

 

Punch Fit also work closely with a number of other highly experienced professionals in nutrition, sport massage, physiotherapy and osteopathy.
